The Connecticut High School Press Association founded in 2007 by James Amato and Jaime Bellemare hosted in 2023 by Kayleigh Budnick ('23) as her senior project.Â
In continuing with the tradition of working with other journalists, the CHSPA is working on hosting two events a year--February and October.
CHSPA's ongoing mission is to extend the reach of journalism throughout the high schools in Connecticut--not high school journalism, but journalism hosted by high schools.
